Transport Policy

The order delivery time is divided into two parts:

 

 

 

Processing time: order verification, customisation, quality, inspection and packaging. All orders are usually forwarded to our manufacturer for shipment within 72 hours of order placement and receipt of payment.

 

 

 

 

 

Shipping time: this refers to the time it takes to ship the items from our warehouse to the destination.

Standard secure shipping with insurance takes 2-4 weeks (IF YOUR item is in stock).

 

 

AUSTRALIA and New Zealand

Standard secure shipping and insurance takes 2-4 weeks (IF YOUR item IS IN STOCK)

 

 

 

UK & EUROPE

Standard secure shipping & insurance takes 2-4 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR item is in stock)

 

 

Other countries

Secure standard shipping & insurance takes 2-5 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ARTICLE IS IN STOCK)

 

 

 

Insured shipping: If an item is lost during delivery or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item at no extra cost, provided sufficient proof is provided.

 

 

Assured priority shipping: Your delivery is at the top of our daily order list, which we send to our manufacturers. Depending on the number of orders we receive, the waiting time may be similar/equal to the standard shipping time. Also, your item is insured.

If you wish to change your order, please email us at info@Kayoomall.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will then be happy to make the requested changes. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we will no longer be able to change it. Please make sure you have chosen the right size and colour to avoid disappointment.
