1. DO I HAVE TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. But there are some advantages of having an account with us:

2. WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

3. HOW SAFE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?
When you shop online with your credit card, all your details are entered on an SSL-secured website. Your details are then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorised and approved. Your credit card details are not stored on our servers.
4. ARE THERE EXCHANGE RATES?
All our transactions are settled in US dollars. If your credit card reads in another currency, the total amount of your order will be charged at the daily exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
5. HOW DO I SET UP MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
As our website and service are English-based, all information you enter must be entered in English, including punctuation. If certain letters in your address contain non-English letters, we recommend that you use similar English letters instead. For example, you can change the letter "β" to "Beta".
6. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped. We ask you to change your delivery address to your home address instead of your holiday address, as we do not know how long the destination customs will hold the package.
7. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE AND HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
The delivery time depends on your chosen shipping method. Once the order has been dispatched, we will email you your tracking number and the tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs authority in your country.
